Energizing city communications with innovative public outreach

The City of Champions came to life through innovative public outreach meant to gather community feedback and build bridges between City efforts and the community response. A new approach to City communications in Inglewood, CA opened channels between the City government and local community. Prior to a Draft EIR release for an important transit project, a refreshed brand energized the initiative and clarified the important role of the project in the future of the City of Champions. Additional and ongoing collaborative efforts with Trifiletti Consulting produced a wealth of community information for the City government to use to inform future projects. A digital survey combined with impactful graphics led to a 7% response rate and the opinions of thousands of valued community members being shared with government officials.
